Kaia Gerber, both a model and actress, is making waves by joining Re/Done as an investor, creative partner, and advisory board member, as announced on Thursday.
This exciting collaboration has been in the making since last summer and will allow Gerber to work closely with the Los Angeles-based denim brand’s leadership and design teams. Together, they will focus on brand strategy, collection development, and campaign creative direction.
Expressing her enthusiasm, Gerber stated, “I’ve loved being part of [Re/Done’s] journey, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next — creating products and stories that feel personal, intentional and deeply connected to today’s generation.”
Gerber has also taken an influential role in casting model Secret Snow, the daughter of the late artist Dash Snow, for a spring 2026 campaign directed by Malibu-based filmmaker Yasmine Diba.
Her relationship with Re/Done is rooted in a passion for upcycled Levi’s denim. Gerber played a pivotal role in introducing her mother, the iconic Cindy Crawford, to the brand, paving the way for Crawford and Re/Done’s joint capsule collection in 2017.
Looking ahead, Re/Done has ambitious plans to expand its retail presence and forge new wholesale partnerships. Gerber’s involvement is a key piece of this strategy.
“We’re all aware of the challenges both macroeconomically and within our fashion industry, around channel mix,” noted Re/Done CEO Phillip Prado, who transitioned from Gucci last May. “We have extraordinary momentum coming out of the e-commerce business. We’re excited about our retail footprint, and how that’s going to evolve in this next chapter.”
In summer 2026, Gerber is set to unveil a curated selection of new collaborative designs alongside reissued archival items with Re/Done.
