Here at theFashionSpot, Vogue China doesn’t hold the same weight as it once did. Just like other editions of Vogue, the magazine is a shadow of its former self. The last time the publication truly commanded our attention (albeit for all the wrong reasons) was when Rocco Liu welcomed Eileen Gu onto the cover back in June. Next up on the cover of Vogue China is Anne Hathaway, who graces the September 2026 issue of the magazine. Rocco Liu (who has served as head of editorial content since July 2024) commissioned Norman Jean Roy to photograph Anne, with Tonne Goodman reporting for styling duties. The Academy Award-winning American actress received an extreme hair makeover for the shoot, sporting a short dark pixie in the cover shot (teamed with a blazer from Louis Vuitton and jewelry from Bulgari).
